In closing the NATO DIANA panel at the 2024 Defence Security and Aerospace Exhibition (DEFSEC), the chief organizer and founder of the conference, Colin Stephenson and Spiri Robotics president, Patrick Edwards-Daugherty, announced a novel robotics competition and show, the Autonomous Vehicle Show (AVS). The inaugural event will take place at the DEFSEC 2025.

The purpose of the AVS is to give stage to those advancing the capabilities of autonomous vehicles, whether from academia, government, or industry. Spiri Robotics will provide the robots for the 2025 challenges. There is no cost to enter, and teams from any country eligible to participate in NATO DIANA's programs will also be eligible to enter the AVS.

A sign-up page is at https://spirirobotics.com/avs and Spiri will make updates with further information on that page.
